What the Director of Intelligence advises

The question

Can someone please tell me why the movie Che with Benicio Del Toro won't play in Australia?

I was in London and the US last year and it just came out over there, but I cannot find out any details on the availability of the movie here in Australia.

Can you please tell me any relevant information when this movie will play here in Australia or why won't they play it here

Kind Regards

Dimitrios

It's not that They™ won't play the films (Che - Part One and Che - Part Two) here but that no-one has decided to buy it for distribution. Around the world, the only distributor of name to do so is Warner Bros in France. This is because the buyers who have seen it have thought that they wouldn't make a profit in Australia, either because the asking price was too high or because the perceived audience was too small. Never mind, you'll be able to watch them on DVD because we have region-less players. All you need now is a giant plasma flatscreen!
