Episode propaganda

Voyager recovers a shuttle containing an unconscious Tuvok (Tim Russ) and a comatose Chakotay (Robert Beltran). When crewmembers begin to display bizarre behaviour but retain no memory of their actions it becomes obvious that the shuttlecraft contained more than just the two injured officers...

Intelligence report

Oops.

The writers tried to do a Chakotay spiritual thing and a Kes psychic thing, but neither came off. That stupid little Chakotay's Theme music sample doesn't help any, either. There is a bit of a mystery going on, which keeps your attention, but it isn't rewarding enough for me to recommend this episode.
