It's Nog! And when did he get all those muscles?
Actually, it's one of those cross-casting episodes where a Star trek actor plays a different character, like the Deep Space Nine episode when Ciroc Lofton (Jake) plays a Klingon. Oops, I'm getting off the track. This episode is intended to be an examination of the Kazon culture, but they don't come off very well. They're too Klingon to be original, but not Klingon enough to be interesting. And they have the worst hair in the Delta Quadrant.
In fact, the whole episode is a tad unoriginal, easily missed except for the data which I am about to give you now: until they revolted 26 years ago the Kazon were once slaves to the Trabe, Whoever they might be, and Code White means a full-body emergency medical resuscitation is required.
