An attempt at Prime Directive drama that doesn't quite come off because it's all solved too simplistically (ie everyone is telling the truth).
We do get to see Tuvok with emotional and illogical youngsters, which would theoretically be an interesting event, but it also doesn't come off for the same reason. Why does everyone in the 24th century always tell the truth?
The premise - a race that gets younger as it ages - is ostensibly worthy of Star trek, but they did it first on Mork and Mindy. This episode also has the feel of a 67-minute script that's been chopped down to 44.
You will like it, however, if you enjoy seeing people who wear jumbo-sized condoms on their heads.
